[TV] Phillips 27" TV

I have a phillips 27" tv model number 27PS50B121 this unit has no high 
voltage output. i have replaced the High voltage output transistor and the 
Flyback. the problem remains. I not sure what to do next. the mosfett in the 
power supply checks out ok, has anyone ever had a problem like this?
