[TV] MAGNAVOX #MS 3252 S31

MAGNAVOX #MS 3252 S31
this set came in with no picture, retrace lines, with  vert. and horiz. shrinkage. i thought it was the flyback so i replaced it.still has the same problem.      picture also turns blue, green, and red.   should i throw it out?
