Yes the video processor is usually bad, it happens when the flyback arcs.
when set is on place a long metal screwdriver from a metal ground point to
the top of the flyback where the hi voltage leads comes out of the
transformer if it arcs you should replace it. although you can cover the
area with clear silicone for a not so good solution.

shrinkage. i thought it was the flyback so i replaced it.still has the same
problem. picture also turns blue, green, and red. should i throw it
out?
