[TV] ctc187 recall

hi guys
I am in a bind on this one i had a ctc187 chassis hot shorted replaced fly and hot transistor  test it for 2 days it wking ok took it to the cust lasted 3 days cust called back same high pitch squeal. any other sugestions?any help will be greatly appreciated
