[TV] Magnavox 27" TV

Hello Fellow Techs:  Its a model# CP4778 A104 chassis # 27T101 A104
The symptom:  Fast vertical roll upwards.  I have looked for bad capacitors in the vertical section, checked them all for ESR  Hoping maybe someone has had this one before and can help me out.  Lady says after about one hour of operation the set corrects itself.
