[TV] RCA MM36110 TV

The picture disappears when there is a low pressure weather system - lower 
than 102.5 - otherwise the set works fine.  Everything else still functions: 
audio, channel changing etc. when this happens. The picture appears for 
short periods - from a flash, to minutes and even hours at a time.  Is there 
an easy fix for this problem?
