[TV] Re: RCA MM36110 TV
This is a symptom of a cable problem. Hook up the cable directly to the RF
input
on the tv set when this symptom occurs this will eliminate all the other
equipment.
Of course your cable company probably doesn't have on of those nice Cable
signal testers that checks for signal to noise ratio. LOL, ROLF

Every cable company should have one, but do they care about the customer?
Maybe you will find out. My guess is there is a bad cable some where between
the last cable company boster and your house.
