Sencore made the LC-102 since I did own one. Here is the url:

Well almost this is a new model that replaced the old unit.
I sold all my test equipment, when I retired. I would say it is a great
unit. You can
buy other units that will check value and ESR, put the Sencore will check
dilectric absorption, and leakage up to 1000 volts. From what I know now I
would probably only buy an ESR meter. Here is a url to one I built.

You might be able to find a kit somewhere else, I built one and it works
great.
They have added protection to the unit which might be worth it. I know that
information is on the same site.
