  i work with rca tvs and i think your tv has a dm1 module and if aim
right the problem with your tv is on your dmd power supply...
check and replace the two big capacitors at the secundary supply
i dont have the value or location at this moment but ithink they are
3300 mfd at25v and check the two big diodes in the same circ...
