This TV powers up, the standby light flashes continuously. According to my research the flashing light Means:


No reply from the jungle IC301 (data bus is busy, shorted to ground or held high), IK video path is defective.

I have no idea what that means.

Symptoms of the TV are: Perfect sound, no picture. I've resoldered allot of the TV.  I have turned up the voltage to see if tube was weak.  I increased the (correct me if I'm wrong) Heat on the tube. Nothing changed the problem. 

More research has led me to believe that this is a problem with the Video PCB Board.  If this is true, Can I order this parts from somewhere other then sony?
