Hi:
  Here is.Entering Service Mode
      Press mute buttom on the remote three times.Keep pressing the mute buttom and press menu buttom on the TV.The letter "S" will appear on the screen indicating that the set is in service mode.To display the adjustment menu,press the menu buttom.To select the function to be adjusted,press channel up or down.To adjust the value of the data,press volume up or down.To exit from service,press power buttom.
  Dave,if you need the set up Service adjusted,please let us know,if you have a Fax,we can send you you the whole print out.Thanks
