This is a typical Philips mode.  To get into TV setup mode press the TV
setup button on the remote, then enter numerical sequence 02, 49, 95 then
press select button.  Choose between hotel or commercial mode by pressing +
or - buttons.  Only a limited amount of features are available in the
consumer mode.  Hopefully this will help for your purposes.
