Whats the problem with yours ? I have one here that. I cannot get 9 volts 
stanby to run. at d9a30 I suppose to get 9 volts standby. can you do me a 
favor? If your power supply wks and you disconnect the power supply from the 
tv set what is the voltage at d9a30? does it fluctuate or its constant?
