You can get the list from Phillips. It is a long list but will give you the 
codes. You will also need the hotels programing remote to get into the menu. 
I had to buy the remote and it was $150. Canadian at that time. I use to do 
these sets about 2 years ago for Philips but I don`t know what I did with 
the menu and codes that they have gave to me.

Hello,

I have a Philips PL9127 C121  Chasis# 27F800 7583 motel model, everything
works fine except for the DCM or SmartPlug interface.
On the status screen the errors are 5 4 6 11 7. Does anyone have the list
of error codes for this unit, and know how to get into the programming mode?
