[TV] Hitachi Te-8600

Hitachi TE-8600, chassis G7LXU3
Slow start up, it takes about 30 sec's before you start hearing the sound, then shortly after the high voltage will come up.
I ESRed the caps in the power supply and around the flyback, but found none bad.
Has anyone seen this before
