[TV] Philips/Magnavox TS254C121

Hi Guys,
please help me on this one.

I have a Philips/Magnavox model TS254C121, chassis 25f8007583.
This TV is about five years old.
When the power is turn on the TV comes on with retrace lines then
it shuts itself off after about 20 seconds. Any tip will be greatly 
appreciated.
