I took the whole chassis out, and the tv is in my client's house
I can't tell you how is raster. I'll double check cap around flyback again

When you bypassed the relay did the set have a full raster
when you turned up the screens? If you don't have
something wrong with the vertical or the convergence
circuits I would check in the protect circuits, not sure
about your model but would check for any caps that
have leaked on to the the board (near the flyback). I
think you might a protect circuit right behind the flyback
and when the cap leaks the fluid goes on to 2 100k
resistors. Replace cap and clean-up the spill.
