[TV] pROJ. TOSHIBA MODEL TP61895 CHASSIS TAC 9866

This set has no audio and the red,blue and green convergence all run in 
together. can this be a one missing voltage problem or do you think these 
are seperate problems. may be someone has run into this problem before
