Extensive heat in a power supply circuit usually means heavy drain or poor
electrolytic caps. With the newer type of PWS sometimes filtering problems
aren't as noticable as with the older rectifier supplies. But with the
regulators used today filters do not seem to show themselves up as being faulty
like the olders types of supplies. So check the p/p of your supplies if
noticaby higher ac, try bridging or tack a new one in place. Terry J. terry's
