[TV] cs-31301 set that has no video.

Hello All,

I was able to locate the two capacitors and find time to install them into
the set. I powered up the set and what do you know. I finally have video.
The pip bypass worked just like it was suggested. The set works fine except
I can only get the lower end channels 2 thru 13 ? I think this is because I
do not have the remote to set the cable input. The remote is 50.00. I am
able to use a vcr with the external switch depressed and the vcr signal
looks great. Aside from buying the remote is there another way to access the
menu for this set?
If there is not I will use the vcr with the external input.
