[TV] Sanyo model avm3256 chassis g5h32560

This sanyo that I'm working on will fire up for about 2 or 3 seconds then 
shut down.
when I fire it up the collector voltage on the horz. output is 130v so I,m 
ok here.
if anyone has any suggestions  I would be grateful. The closest manual i 
have is for a avm3154
