Thanks Hilton,I located the problem. update on sanyo avm3256. went into shut 
down at turn on.
cause: bad vertical ic la7838
shorted d483 (rmpg06g) used nte 587
also replace c506 (1mfd/50v)
                 c507 (220mfd/35v)
                 c508 (470mfd/35v)
