  My mistake.  John, is the IC a 11 pin sip? If so maybe its a NTE7146. I had a 
RCA that used that IC if so pin 9 is the B+ which should be 28 V. Also I found 
a regulator xstr that was faulty that supplied the pre-amps. Don't recall the Q
