[TV] Re: * RCA 35" No Horiz Scan



Hello:
        The pin-out I have on a LM 311 shows pins 3 the
invert input and pin 2 is the non-invert input. Also pin 8
is the + VCC & pin 4 is the - VCC, with that in mind
are you missing a voltage ?
