Aaron, I really don't have alot to go by from what little you wrote. Philips 
are great for there vertical
problems and flyback problems. I would search in that area for shorts 
especailly around the vertical section then work your way toward the high 
voltage side around the flyback area. check for shorted horz. output 
transistor.
