[TV] Re: no power Zenith 32 inch 9-1617-1 main module
Morning Cy,
Have your friend just shotgun the SMPS, replace STR53041, QX3401 - 2N4923,
C3416 100uF 50V, C3413 22uF 50V, RX3406 47ohm 1/2w metal film, RX3408
upgrade to 22ohm 2w Metal film. I have several HUNDRED of these basic sets
within my school district and I average 4 of them per week for repair (now
that their getting to be 7 to 11 yrs old)and on VERY rare occasions I will
also find C3405 the 470uF 200V leaky

A friend tech is working on this.
CX3418 has ben replaced before but do not know when.
Fuses all ok.
Any clues what else to check.
