[TV] Re: ITC222 RCA D52W20BYX PICTURE FLASHES
I have had 2 of these sets, IHVT was bad. Did not get to see or here the
symptom before they went dead. Found a hole burned in the side of the IHVT.
One customer said that it had a arcing popping sound before going dead.
