Well you may have to follow the regular procedure,click of the  relay?Voltage 
on the C. of the HOT?,driving H. Signal at the B of the  HOT?,Horizontal 
signal at base of the Horizontal driving transistor?,Horizontal  signal at the C. 
of the driving transistor,with the scope goes clear to the IC  to check for 
this Horizontal driving signal????????,make sure you have the  voltages coming 
out of the switching power supply,usually this what I do when I  have a dead 
Set,this may sound very fundamental but it is important.Tito's TV  Repair-Saint
