guessing at the 30v based on another model (I didn't have
a manual for cmt9722), of coarse the 30v is just a label
for the supply and doesn't indicate the actual voltage in the
first place, 28.8 should be within normal op range.
There is a slim chance you have a microprocessor/eeprom
problem but that would not be my first guess - more than
likely if the 5v and 30v are present you have a bad tuner.
Maybe you can wait and see if anyone else has an opinion.
