[TV] Samsung PCN5425 HARING BONE PATTERN

 Dear Forum members:
Got a problem child,

This unit, after all the work to get it up and running, still
has one more problem and that is there is an overlay
in the video, and through the Ant input also, I get a harrng 
bone problem, Video is fine except for this problem.
could be a cap.  The Main power supply is a brand
new unit, any help on this one?  Caps on the crt pcbs?
