[TV] Re: Samsung PCN5425 HARING BONE PATTERN
Jack, I don't even Know if I'll come close to this being the problem, but I read a post on a Model PCL545R that had Herringbone effect and It said
Remove the video board from the shield Just pulls out and change all the (47uf 16v) SMD caps
