[TV] Sylvania Model SSD800 DVD/VCR Combo FIXED!
This one I posted last week for a s/m and want to thank those that sent it. I assumed It took a lighting surge but not sure because of the Finding of the Fix.
The unit was completely dead No Led's or anything.
Problem R1006 (1meg 1/8 w res.) open. If you look at the s/m there is also R1005 (1meg 1/8th watt) Might want to replace both while in there.
Q1001 (swithing) had no 3.2 volts on the Gate so tracing from where the source came from showed it missing at one end of R1006.
