Thanks Terry for the Toshiba bulletin , and yes it is exactly what to do , replacing the bad caps.
On mine last week , I had piecrusting in pic , that's why I only change 4 caps , I ESR all the 50 something on the board , all others where good. only had to change 4 of them.
