[TV] Re: GE 27gt619 CTC-185AB shuts down

Tony,  Eric is right, this cap is off pin 2 of the micro (.22 at 25v). Pn 217298. It will
intermittently open up when it gets warm. Also replace c3108, P/n 214032.
And check for good soldering at the tuner this can also cause shut down .
