Found this for the AV36985. Is that the one that's shutting down?
 
C911 Open In Smps Pri. Side. (470 Ufd @ 35 Volts).  (Also Check C523 Off Horz 
Driver Txfmr.(1 Ufd. @ 160 Volts), Might Also Be Open, Which Will Cause Horz
