[TV] Re: PICTURE OVERDRIVES AND GOES OUT RCA HD52W140 ATC311A2
I found 600+ volts on that line coming from the flyback. I had this problem
before and PTS sent me the second board with same problem. I'm pretty sore
because I cant get a good board from PTS. Thanks for your help.
