[TV] Re: rca d32f750t Itc222 no start

Bad CRT.........Bad CRT Socket........ 
remove CRT PCB....stick a well-insulated wire into the Focus Pin(s) of the CRT Socket,other end to a HV Probe well away from CRT PCB.......
measure Voltage(HV Probe) while adjusting Focus Control.
If Voltage adjusts fine,you may have a Bad CRT......but discharging the Anode ON TO The Focus pin may take care of the problem.......Email back and I'll explain.
