Hi, May I offer you a small afternoon tea. Please accept it and enjoy it. At the time That white technician told me it was slow start up, but at the time I sold it out every thing was OK. I think it may be it was placed at the back yard for over at least three months that the back cover the name plate logo was already unreadable. The model number and the series number only can be taken out from the inside sticker that stick on the metal plate at the lamp inverter. I stock it at the garage where no more moisture so that it dry up and working fine. The original LCD light engine is much better than buy it from tristatemodule.com whose light engine is rebuilt.

You can not get internal parts for Sony optic blocks, but you may be able to
get a free optic block! Call Sony @ 866-850-8681, customer service. DO NOT
TELL THEM SOMEONE GAVE IT TO YOU.. Give them the Model & serial number. They
should give you a "customer efile" number. With that you can get a Sony
authorized shop to install it for free parts & labor.. Reference the service
bulletin E34500176.. Don't wait long because the program expires on
12/31/2008. It does not matter when it was purchased.

Do you know the parts number of the LCD crystal for the light engine model
A1084662A. If I have it I will try to change the blue LCD, fore this LCD PTV
customer already give away to me. Trying to work on it will not make any
inconvenience to customer.
