[TV] Circuit City models
I have a customer who purchased a 22" Element LCD TV from Circuit
City, model # FLX-2211B
This model was one of the "special for circuit city" distributions,
and the only support for the 1 year warranty is an in-store
exchange. Because there is no more Circuit City, there are no more
in-store exchanges. The customer was told their only option was to
file a claim with whoever is overseeing their bankruptcy-
The set is displaying horizontal "smear" lines.
The ElementElectronics.com website doesn't even list this model in
their support area. I don't know who actually manufactured this set-
I think some Element branded sets are made by Funai.
Has anyone had any luck sourcing documentation or parts for these
Circuit City specials?
