[TV] RCA model R52WH74 ITC222A Chassis special convergence problem

RCA model R52WH74    ITC222A  Chassis special convergence problem. 
To night I have customer call for in home TV repair service on this model PTV.   This TV obvious is the convergence problem but very Odd picture. The whole picture is very good at the center region. The picture is normal good. At the right and the left about 3,  to 4 inches are out of convergence.  I have taken the convergence board back to my service center. It is the bigger one that has many transistor and heat sink on it. The pictures is at the link

Please look at it, if you, super TV guy, have met this before. Please tell me so that I can easily finish job. My customer is far away from me at American Canyon City about 42 miles away from My home.
