This chassis is known for CRT problems. Tap lightly on the neck of the Red  
CRT with the rubber handle of a screwdriver  to see if you can create  the 
symptom. There is also the possibility of the CRT driver, but usually this  will 
load down the 200V line and cause shutdown.
