[TV] Re: Mitshubishi WS-B55 green LED just blinks

I found this:
 
Symptom: Timer Led Won'T Stop Blinking Even After Changing All Seven Caps  On
The Dm Power Board. (None Of Them Were Puffed But All Were Bad).
 
Cause: Q9b01 (8 Pin Ic) Is Shorted On The Dm Power Bd. This Makes D9b00  And
Zener D9b04 Look Shorted But Are Not.
 
Fix: Either Replace The Ic (Fairchild FDS6680A) Or The Dm Power Board.
