[TV] Re: Toshiba Direct View Model 32D46

Randy, I did not use the c2228. The cause of the 
Intermitting HV was d414 (1n4002) replaced with 
1n4007, and c402 (103) or .01. These are both loctacted next to the Horz. driver tranformer.
