Samsung DLP HLT5075SSX/XXA

Customer  brought tv in after changing lamp himself (the replacement was a 
new OEM  Samsung assembly, not bare lamp). He said a phone "tech" at Samsung 
told him  it might be lamp temp sensor because when the customer touched 
something near  the lamp the lamp flashed once. (I think maybe he touched a 
lamp door  switch).

LED blinks 18 times. Sounds like color wheel comes on. Lamp  fan comes on. 
No arc at ballast. After about five minutes all three (one red,  two 
greens)leds start blinking 

We have no service info. 

(I had  access to Samsung site and went to "Documents", thought I was about 
to  download the service manual after installing whatever program they 
wanted me  to, but as download looked like it was about to start, my computer 
popped up  with "fail to open log file" "access to C:\.......(etc) was 
denied." Tried a  couple of other ways to download manual but nothing worked. Might 
be Vista  problem.)

Any help appreciated.
