[TV] RCA ATC113 dead squeel
when uncle got home, he tried to turn the TV on and the light was just
flashing. then he tried to turn it on again, and it started queeling.
Found HOT shorted. I worked on this set before, it had a bad 1meg
resistor in the power supply, i made sure to hit the solder joints up in
the horiz section then too. Are these known for flyback issues? looking
at a replacement? Checked all the diodes off the secondary of the fly,
and they are fine. i noticed the vert output draws off the flyback also.
but didnt see any trouble there, except for one of the resistors which
looks like it has a very good amount of heat stress, starting to turn
white.
