Thanks for the help. We had determined that the driver xfmr was open just before I got your email, but never would have thought to use one from a CTC177 chassis. Had a CTC177 chassis in our warehouse and tv is now working fine.

Update: horiz driver xfmr has an open primary.

Has following numbers on it: 11000242 (Encompass shows it as Konka part and is aka HTB-1917-154-G and not in stock)
Part also has #Bct19f-02 on it.

Anyone know a source. Ebay shows a possibility but I was trying to avoid that.

Relay  clicks but is probably just degauss. We have secondary voltages but 
B+ is only  105v.

We have no service info.

Any help appreciated.
