Estimates are given if the repair will exceed the flat rate, and if we can contact you between 10:00am and 5:00pm. You can leave us a valid email address also to send estimates to. If we are unable to contact you to give a estimate we will repair the unit if we already have parts in stock for it. We try to contact you while the unit is on the bench.
